Target:

The aim of the research is to evaluate the synergism between the genetic marker BRCA and histopathologic features (i.e., molecular markers), in patients with primary advanced ovarian cancer, by considering BRCA as a modification effect in relation to the overall survival (OS), disease free survival (DFS) and platinum resistance. Associations between genetic and molecular markers are also evaluated. Complex statistical modelling is applied to generate evidences.
