Privacy Preserving Data Mining

Principal Investigator:

Prof. Andrea Damiani, Ing. Carlotta Masciocchi

Researchers involved:

Dott. Jacopo Lenkowicz, Dott Nikola Dino Capocchiano, Dott Roberto Gatta

Target:

Privacy Preserving Data Mining respond to the need for statistical and machine learning modeling on data distributed across different institutions, manteining the data in the place where they have been collected.
This elements are explained in the conceptual framework of Distributed Learning, a collection of methods, models, algorithms and software implementations, able to guarantee, even in multicenter studies, compliance with Privacy by Design, one of the EU GDPR requirements.
Generator data scientists have studied, refined and implemented these methodologies in numerous research projects published in international journals.
