SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
The Supervisory Committee has a strategic supervisory, management and control role.
Supervisory Committee establishes and monitors strategic goals, ensuring consistency with scientific activities, as well as defining clinical services; its responsibilities include developing collaborations, research programs and promoting Generator’s projects and assets. It is also responsible for defining rules to guarantee privacy, data integrity and enhancement of intellectual property.

OPERATIONAL COMMITTEE
The Operational Committee coordinates and monitors activities.
Operational Committee monitors all Generator activities in order to ensure the correct application of requirements established by the Supervisory Committee. Specifically, it approves research requests at the end of the request process, determines the priority of execution and monitors the correct use of resources. It is also responsible to verify compliance with privacy procedures; data integrity and intellectual property are periodically monitored according to defined methods.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Program Management has a management, coordination and operational support role.
The Program Management is responsible for the overall planning of Generator’s activity portfolio with the aim to achieve the objectives defined by the Supervisory Committee in an efficient manner. It supports other facilities in the management of projects, ensuring that they are carried out correctly. In addition, the Program Management plays a coordination function in activities that involve multiple facilities.
Dr. Stefano Patarnello
COO. Graduated in physics, he has held various roles in the Information Technology sector during his career at IBM. He has carried out research activities at the IBM European Centre for High Performance Computing (IBM ECSEC), dealing with fluid dynamics, statistical mechanics and complex systems, in particular in relation to parallel computing and neural networks with applications in multiple domains. Subsequently, he contributed to the implementation of the first computing centres in Europe for “Computing On Demand” and more recently for “Cloud Computing”. During his career, he has managed some of the main IT services units both in Italy and for IBM Europe, directing in the last 10 years the organization of Infrastructure Services and Outsourcing. Currently, he is Chief Operations Officer of Gemelli Generator – Info Science Center.
Dr.ssa Alice Luraschi
Specialized in European Project Management. She gained management and coordination skills working in several contexts, including the Europe Office of the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital. In the last years, she has worked in a consulting firm as head of the Horizon 2020 projects, the European funding program for research and innovation. Currently, as Program Manager of Gemelli Generator – Info Science Center, she is in charge of planning and management of research activities, network projects and services.
Dr.ssa Francesca Romana Lacroce
Graduated in Sociology with Labor, Economics and Organizational specialization, she holds a Master degree in Marketing and Communication and one in Health Economics.
She has 10 years+ experience in healthcare, held positions as Financial Manager of the Head and Neck Department and as Private Admissions Office Coordinator of the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A Gemelli IRCCS.
Currently, as Program Manager of Gemelli Generator – Info Science Center, she deals with budget, communication and market relationship.
